​We will be meeting at a residence in Alhambra, California.

Group energy healing integrating breathwork and brainspotting

Donation  $60 per person

Proceeds will support the work of our humanitarian group Brainspotting HELP

(therapy and support for families near Los Angeles and communities affected by natural and man-made disasters.)

1. Eye mask (optional but super helpful)

2. Something comfortable to lay on

3. A blanket to cover you

Your Facilitator

Joy is a healing artist that uses breathwork, brainspotting, and energy work to help others. She hosts healing circles for healers who are ready to connect to the their core truth and experience breakthrogh healing
